10 Things You Should Force Yourself to do Every Day
  1. Be grateful. Sometimes it’s easier to focus on what we don’t have, rather than what we already have. Take a time out and remember all of the things to be thankful for that many of us take for granted. You’re alive today, that’sΒ more than enough reason to be grateful.
  2. Smile and say “Thank You” as often as you could. When someone holds a door for you or when the lady at the coffee shop serves your drink – just say thank you and smile. Do it always and you’ll make that person’s day a little bit better.
