They say that it takes 30 days to form a new habit. Again I’ve been procrastinating a lot and I haven’t produced any content for quite a while. So this time, I set myself a creative goal. To create a short clip each day (for 30 days) which hopefully will inspire me to finish all my pending backlogs and maybe start a daily vlog. Maybe you’re up for the challenge too, then lets do this #30DayCreative together. 🙂
Life will not always go as planned. You will eventually deal with a major setback and your goals will be stuck on a roadblock. You have 3 things that you can do when this happens.
Identify the advantage of the scenario, the experiences and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Then patiently wait for a new opportunity to arise.
Being stuck on the roadblock means you have time to reflect and analyze if you’re taking the right path. So ask yourself, am I on the right road towards my goal? If not then its time to
Create a new road. Build a new path to your mission in life. Create your own road or find a new one just to reach whatever it is you desire in life. Most of the time that roadblock that’s stopping you is universe’s method of telling – hey man, this is not the way. So don’t be afraid to create new goals.
Don’t lose motivation and keep moving forward. Setbacks are not cool at all but use it to your advantage and you will be amazed at how many good things setbacks can unfold.
There’s no debate, the Philippines is filled with talented individuals. Whatever craft there is you will see a Filipino making a name for himself. One of those Pinoys is Director Brillante Mendoza, a Cannes Film Festival Best Director awardee. For those of you who don’t know, Cannes Film for filmmakers is like the Olympus of the filmmaking industry. If your movie gets into the festival, it’s a very big deal. But what’s different with Ma’ Rosa is that not only did it make it to the Cannes Film Festival selection, Jaclyn Jose won the award for Best Actress! Now that’s something else. If that didn’t get you excited to watch this video then maybe this trailer would.

It’s been a while since I posted on this site. My project 365 updates stopped after the month of August. And yes, this time I did somewhat procrastinate. Again. But not all those period. You see a lot of things happened after August. I’ve been so busy that I lost track of my precious self-improvement project.

One of my all time favorites, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory recently resurfaced on my news feeds. This classic story does not only rekindle childhood memories but it reminded me of great life lessons as well. I somewhat can relate to the protagonist. Growing up, we were poor like Charlie’s family. And the idea of a golden ticket keep my senses and hopes up. 20 years have passed and still this lessons remained in me. I created a short clip in dedication to this great movie and actor (Gene Wilder, may he rest in peace.)
I missed a couple of blogs for my #Project365 , and no, I haven’t been procrastinating. I’ve been working on so many things that I’ve got so little time to create articles. But anyway my time wasn’t wasted, last Saturday we were on a mission to help. Armed with only a couple hours of sleep and a sense of service we ride our way to Datal Salvan Elementary School. Here’s a vlog about our trip.
